Charge extra bill every month

Every month they add 3/4 rupees to the paper bill. usually no one calcluate the paper bill.

i noticed this since my earlier new paper vendor's bills were less. and the reason he gave me was he dont have change so bill is round off to next 10's value. like this they are charging 3/4 rupees from every person and that will be hugh amount.
