Not activate atm card

Dear sir

my atm card lost in nov.08, & i have blocked my atm card through satna (mp) branch, & i have got now atm card with pin no, on 1st dec.08, but this atm card not activated so far, i have written request to branch manger satna on 4th dec, but no action has been taken from your end so far.kindly activate my atm card immideatlly otherwise i will close my account in axis bank, i dont need your worst service.
