Birla Oasis Cooler
Tank Broken, No specification Match

Dear Sir/ Madam

I have purchase branded Birla OASIA Desert cooler from Bhavani Electricale Rajkot on 16-05 & its found many defects as under.

There is a tank broken & all water flushed our from tank.

In the pamphlets its shows with trolley & in writeup also written Trolley for easy moving, When i ask for trolley the service person & seller says its not available. Its totally Misleading & cheating with customer,

In the description in Box & pamphlet shows that Powerful air throw 30 feet, The air throw gives approx 10 feet only its totally Misleading & cheating,

There are Two different Wattage's describe 300 W & 180W in orange labels, this is also cheating & misleading

The water level indicator was not working properly,

After 10 days i am not getting any reliable reply from seller & service person. I ask to take back the cooler & get back money to me, after that they are awry to do this, (I have record in phone)

So now i want My money Back & the service person has change the talking manners,
