Taken Rs 90000/- from creditcard without my ID PROOF

Dear Sir

This is to inform you that Mr Pradeep bhat from Birla Sunlife insurance has swiped my credit card of Rs 91000/from My hsbc Credit card for insurance policy without My ID Proof as the next day I had informed him that i do not want to make the Policy, they have assured me to refund the payment from 19th August. But till date I have not receive the Payment of Rs 91000/ or U.A.E Dirhams 7042 /-

Pls find the email of Mr Pradeep Bhat Given Below with its Mobile no.

I shall be highly obliged if You could Kindly Look into the matter and do the Needful.

Dear James,

On 12th august You have agreed for the plan and also you have signed our

credit card authorisation form as well as on the application form. So same

day I have forworded your Credit Card Authorisation Form to HO. Next day

that is on 13th august afternoon 3pm only I came to know that you are not

interested in our plans. At that time Your Authorisation Form was

processed in HO.We have not done anything intentionally. Now we are in

process of refunding the amount.
