Egret to clear accept and clear claim

I had complained several times to company about failure of a truck tyre size 10.00 * 20 to company since august 08. company engineer visited but he was here just to say NO. even after regular requests on their mail address they are not not ready to hear on metter. they are not accepting their product failure dur to quality reason and are rejecting on basis of uses problem which is not genuin as per my experience of 15 yrs in transport business. this company generaly ask in consumer meets that we are very flexible and workin with 100% customer satisfaction but at time of problems and claim they reject it any ways.
