Bad service at massage centre

Hello Sir / Madam,

I would like to register a complaint about bad service received in Birla Vaidyashala Bangalore centre at Kalyan Nagar when I just went for a massage. After the massage, when I went for a bath, the attendant told me there is no hot water and asked me to take a cold wanter bath. When I asked her how can the oil be removed by cold water, she asked me to go home and have a bath.

I have taken a half yearly package for 12 massages by paying about INR 8000. And I have used only two massages. Now I do not feel like going for any more massages. This is not the of service one expects by going to a reputed firm like Birla Vaidyashala.

I want to cancel this membership and get a refund since I no longer persue a interest in using any of their services. Please do arrange for the same as soon as possible.
