Non delivery of Stand and Tap

Dear Sir

this has reference to the Bisleri (20 Ltr) delivered to me in jaipur at

401, Pearl Pleasure,

Near Janta, Market,

Bapu Nagar, Jaipur,

through the company repsentative, three weeks ago, at that time I was assured that I would be receiving the Stand and the Tap also, though the bottle was delivered the stand and the tap has still not been delivered to me.

Today I have also ordered a 20 ltr Bisleri at my above address through the online system.

Can i expect the delivery of the stand and the tap this time.
