Forcefully Setting up My Callertune

Dear Sir,

I Biswajit Jash, carry a Tata Indicom prepaid connection No: 9231968411. I have also 2 more connection.

On 16/06 at about 6.14pm I have received a message from 12800 saying that, As per your balance you have been subscrived to Welcome Tunes at Rs 30 to 30 days...

I never requested or have interest all this non-sence serviceses at all.

So, I was shocked when I received the above message from 12800 because what I dislike, i never do so.

I immidiately rangup 12524 (so called customer care) informed the incident. requested to withdraw my caller Tune, and refund my money which is deducted for do so

I was surprised that the person who received my call repetadely try to prove that I have tellig lie. I had requested this serviceses within 3 hour.

I Strongly disagreed with this and feel Tata Indicom cheated me badly.

I request the person who was attendig me to lodge a complaint regarding this and give a docket no, the persons was refused, sayaing that no complaint to be lodge in this regards.

Sir, By giving forcefully services cause a legal problems.

So kindly withdraw Caller Tunes from my mobile (No. 9231968411) and refund my talktime, so that i can happily carry out my own plan with your network.
