Loss of Courie

Hi,

This is to bring to your notice that I (Anil Sadana) from Delhi was supposed to receive a courier from a friend of mine, who stays in Lucknow about 3 months back and haven't received it yet as these courier people has lost it and are not even to trace that.

I tried tracing them initially but they never responded to my mails not even to my calls. Then later on i was made to speak to one of their Lucknow Regional Head (Mr. Vijay Gupta, 09212312852). Initially, he asked me to fill up the compensation form and he will process my compensation in a weeks time but now it has been more than a month now and it's still not resolved and moreover, he has stop taking my calls even.

Therefore, i wnat you people to look into this matter and get my issue resolved.
