This complaint is of Black & Veatch consultancy (Located in Powai-Hiranandani) which is US based company. I was interviewed by this company for the post of engineer. after a month time second interview conducted & given a appointment letter to me. I accepted the appointment letter & confirmed the joining date.

After two days of it I got a call from HR of the company (Mr. Subhajit Sengupta) saying that your appointment is on hold till further notice. This has happened after I placed my resignation in present company. Such a embrassing moment!!

Although this is a private sector such type of actions by company 'd be punishable.

Please do the needful if somebody can.
