DELAY IN REPAIR

DEAR SIR.

We had given you blackberry set and IMEI no 35789100654611, on 24/07 to repair it,

set's display was damaged, the set was taken by mangalore vodafone authorised service centre, and then sent to bangalore .they we were asked 10days time.

it is almost all one month and the ur employees are not responding, i have been visiting and calling from 25days.they say "we need 10 days more, we dont know actul situation of that set" 7-8 times i had received the same answer.

so do the needful immediatly otherwise i will go consumer court.
