Luetooth not connecting

I have blackberry model 8100, I have problem in connecting my device with other devices (nokia, sony erricson).if they try to sent a file from these devices to my device blue tooth is not getting connected, but i can transfer one file from my device to there device through blue tooth.please advice me to find the reason for this problem.
