Unable to get BlackBerry -Airtelinternet facility

Dear Sir

I'm residing at Chhinwara (MP). A month ago I purchased BlackBerry 8520 set from Nagpur Airtel office as it was not available in Chhindwara. I was compelled to take prepaid Airtel connection as Airtel postpaid connection facility was not available in Chhindwara. After that to get BlackBerry supported internet I tried several times to customer care on 121 & 7070, Nodal Officer and many other related officials of Airtel / BackBerry. More than month is going to pass but no solution has been made and I, m Suffering, Airtel is shifting his responsibility to BlackBerry And BlackBerry to Airtel.

I hope n.a.will be taken with in 2/3 days to sort out my problem.
