Ude, unhelpful staff

I have been trying to activate my service for blackberry here in Italy, they keep asking me to come after 24 hours .. and after 24 hours nothing happens .. its already my 5th time to go there and speak to someone about my problem and no one seems to find a solution or even care to find one. They are very rude and they dont speak english. It's been 10 days already and the service is STILL not working. I wonder what takes it that long. Im really disappointed in vodafone. I expected that an international company like vodafone would have trained people who could help the customers but it seems that in Vodafone Italy this is not the case.
