Switching off, hanging, deletion of data, self scanning

Dear Sir,

I have already sent you complaint but no response has been received. Again I am submitting my complaint with details hereunder:-

I bought blackberry bold on 29.07.2009 and after buying I faced lot of problems and felt like I have been cheated. After a month of my purchase there was several problems which nobody afford to keep this type of mobile phone. On 31.08.2009 I lodged compaint at South Ext., New Delhi vide their complaint No.22412456 for self scanning of instrument, automatic switching off, software hanging and automatic deletion of data. It was assured to me that nstrument is required to be replaced and will be informed telephonically very shortly but till day nobody has informed what action has been taken by them. After visting several time at their south ext. service centre I am writing you 2nd time but no action has been taken. I request either replace/repair my cell phone or refund the amount as I am suffering a lot.
