I have placed order for one Blackberry mobile handset product code 905 on 5th May by using my Citi bank credit card (no 4553900645003009) provided by my company. Product reference no. is 160092852. Product not yet received. I enquired many times to AVA on telephone no. 01244697999 but all the times the AVA providing me fasle information. sometimes they said that the product misplaced in transit. Sometimes said that product has been redespacthed again. Sometimes they said that the product is not availabe and advsied to choose some other. Two EMI have been already deducted from my credit card account.

Matter has been brought to the notice of Citi bank also. This is a clear case of cheating by AVA .

You are advised to stop deducting money further and also return the money already deducted by bank draft payable to the under signed at Guwahati with immidiate effect.
