I had bought a blackberry 8900 javelin phone from nagpur, through authorised distributor, sheetal infortech, nagpur, it carried a complete 1 year warranty. After 3-4 months the trackball stopped working, this was bought to the notice of the sales representative, who in turn increased the senstivity of the trackball and gave it back saying it would be ok. When the trackball stopped working completely in about a month, the representative siad it would take a week and needs to be sent for replacement to pune. The phone has been returned after a month and supposedly repaired in bangalore. On being asked to provide what and why it was replaced no details have been provided, also no response is coming why a replacement was not done or wether the repair was done using authorised parts. The phone is not upto the mark, but there is no response.
