Blackberry Storm
Advertized as fast compareable to iphone

I purchaced the storm when it came out, it was slow or hezitates when changing apps, wether it be going from main screen to the phone is slow as malasses, It was replaced after a month and the replacement has the updated software, well the damn thing is still slow, I am this close to throwing against the wall. I HATE THIS PHONE. How do I get intouch with a human at blackberry to get some speed to this thing. The advertisements bot on TV and in the verizon stores show the phone working quickly. in reality it slow.
