Deplorable Service by Blazeflash

I sent a courier from Delhi to Cuttack (Airway Bill Number: 215131467) on 4 Dec 08. The courier was delivered but of the four page document inside, the first page was missing. The document contained personal information. It is highly unprofessional on the part of Blazeflash to do this apart from the damage it has done to me by removing the first page of the document inside.

This is the second time that I used Blazeflash to send documents from Delhi to Cuttack and on both occasions there have been major problems. The first time I sent the document on 8 Nov 08 (Airway Bill Number: 214932878) which was delivered somewhere else after 10 days from the date of the courier and after another week of follow up it was recollected from the place it was delivered and delivered to the addressee.
