Non delivery of consignment

I booked one consignment on 29/07/09 through chembur (Mumbai) camp office with C/note no. 125439919

Even after 20 days of shipment it has not reached the destination. I tried calling chembur camp office at 022255412 several times but every time I told status is not available and it will take time to track. and asked me call after 30 mins. But everytime the same response.
