Courier not reached

Hi,

My complaint is against BLAZEFLASH (BF) courier (Pankaj Plaza Office, 303, 3rd floor, Sector 4, Plot No 4, Dwarka, ND 110075. Anjay Singh/Ranjeeet Singh - 42720171, 9312605349).

My packet weighing 1.5 kg to Kochi was booked on 11th August (Rs 160 was charged for the consignment) and the packet was to reach Kochi on 13th, as per the courier guys. The packet had to go further to kuwait on 16th early morning. Its amazing to see that the packet didnt reached the destination till today morning (18th august). The tracking shows that the packet is forwarded to Kochi.

Since its of no use now that the packet didnt reached in time, I request the complaintboard to help me in getting my amount back along with the rickshaw charges which I had to pay to reach BF office.
