Non-receipt of consignment

Dear Sir / Madam,

This is to inform u that some of my relative had sent courier to me from Allahabad vide doc No.299623243, on 14th Nov'2008.

It's most urgent document for me because i am going abroad on 17th Nov'08 Night.

After contacting them no resonable answer is given by them. They r just playing by giving one another phone no.

If i don't receive that parcel on time i have no option left except to file a case and get the loss recover arise from not delivering the parcel on time.
