Blazeflash courier
Docket no. not displaying on the internet

I sent an a/c payee cheque in favour of Insurance Company at my home address. Even after 2 days the courier didn't reached my home. I tried to track the courier through the courier company's online tracking system, But to my surprise the docket no. is showing invalied. The phone numbers provided in the receipt are not answering. I did put a mail also regarding the same bu the only response i received is to give the complete details of the package and the address. Even after sending the details there is no response.

I want to file a legal complaint against the courier company.
