Theft of Mobile Handset

My friend had sent a a packet consignment no. 133990092 containing as Nokia Handset (CDMA 6275) on 29th Oct by your esteemed courier to Navi Mumbai.

Yesterday (31st Oct), when the delivery boy delivered the packet at 1:50pm, we found the handset missing/stolen though the bill, charger and headphone where there. The price of Handset is Rs10, 500/-. I immediately called and reported this to your Sanpada office and the Mgr., Mr Prashant Deshmukh said that he will ask/enquire from the delivery boy and we met him in evening at Sanpada office. We also submitted a written complaint to him.

Therefore, I request the courier company to kindly get my handset or else compensate for the same as it had been misplaced/stolen during the transit.
