Dear Sir,

I have sent an urgent letter to Ranchi on 19/08 from Delhi. Docket no 113069188.Your tracking shows sent from Patna to Ranchi on 20/08. Then it shows taken for delivery on 25/08. After that no info if it has been delivered. Does it take 4 days for sorting (21/08 to 25/08) and taken for delivery and the tel no written in the tracking when dialled says pl check the no you have dialled.

If it takes so long to deliver then even you can put a stamp of 5 rs and leave rest to faith.
