Blazeflash courier
Silver Items Stolen form Package

I booked a courier with Blazeflash Couriers from their head office in Noida with the No. 114482718 for Pune. It contained a couple of birthday cards and a silver payal. The courier reached the destination but the payal was missing and was very neatly removed from the package. The courier company told me that it could have been taken out at the scanning center. But why wasn't the whole courier stopped in that case? Why was only the payal removed and the rest allowed to pass on? This is matter is plain theft and negligence on the behalf of the courier agency. What should be done in this case?
