Dear Sir/Mam,

This is bring to your kind information that I had sent a courier on Dated 17-06 in Favour of Pradeepta Kumar Bhuyan, Village -Bateswar, Po-salipur, Dist-Cuttack (Orissa).

Till 24-06-09 after 1 week the courier not delivered. Besides this I had lunch a complain on 21-06 (No is L373) after that no one neither contact me nor taking pain to contact me.

I had called so many times on (9868786877 (not picking the phone), 011-23593301, 02, 03, 04 (they will arrange a call but not yet, 011-43560800, 801 they told that we had only lunch compalins)

From 21st onward their online tracking is not working due to server problem.

I had waist Rs100 over Phone to track them and Rs 100 Over net and time has no boundation.

So tell me how can I Take a proper action against this comapny for the negligeance
