Packet not Delivered

Dear Sir/Madam

I had sent one packet of Shipment No.111848889 dated : 19th July which was not delivered. I made several complaints to their Local Office as well as Corporate Office, but till date no action has been taken. I had submitted application for claim. Every time assurance is given by local person Mr. Sachin who sits at Vaishali Office that matter will be sorted out but no action has been taken so far. Kindly look into the matter and help me in getting my refund.
