Blazeflash Couriers
Courier not delivered

Hi,

This is to complain about the pathetic service meted by Blazeflash Courier Company. I had sent an important document by courier on 11th Nov to be delivered to the Railway Colony at Karwar Railway station. Even though 8 days have passed the document has not been delivered and after an exhaustive follow up I am told that it has been forwarded to their depot at Sirsi which is a small town a 110 kilometers away from Karwar on the pretext that Karwar station is too far from Karwar town and hence could not be delivered. This is such a preposterous excuse where the company states that the destination which is within 8 kilometer vicinity is far, but the depot at 110 kilometers is closer and they expect us to pick the document from the depot.

To all general public, Please Be Aware before sending any important couriers through Blazeflash looking at my situation here.
