Delay in courier delivery

Dear Concern,

I have a done a courier on 14th April from Radio Mirchi, Lower Parel to Borivali (Mumbai). The POD No. is 226723592. The courier is still not submitted to the address mention. On questioning to the courier boy he reply it has been deliver. But as per our Information the courier is not yet deliver. The courier packet contain Exam Hall Ticket. Reply us with the information to whom the actual courier is been deliver. Do it soon as the exam as 20th April.
