Consignmrnt not Delivered

I have booked a consignment on the 24/07 from lucknow to Nashik, but the packet has not yet delivered till date. The Tracking No. is 292715905. I have mailed many a times but everytime i receive fake comitments from them. I spoke to there call center, they gave me the complaint number 85 but no resolution has been given, the documents sent are important but i am not getting any satisfied answer. The call center people always misbehave and put the line on hold for several minutes. please help me in this case as i am exausted now.
