Npon delivery of consignment

I had booked 2 consignments for gwalior and allahbad vide receipt nos as under:-

(a) consignment No 209031518 destination GWALIOR dated 11 nov

(b) consignment no 209031593 destination ALLAHBAD dated 13 nov

I am sorry to say that both the important documents have not been delivered till date any attempts tocontact the service provider have been in vain. The booking agent has expressed helplessness as he is just an intemidiatery. I really do not know whom to contact. one of the document pertains to property. please help.
