i have sent a courier of 1 document/parcel to hyd, on 7th jan through your agent at saket meerut. At the time of booking i was assured delivery of the same on 9th jan positively. I regret till date you have failed to diliver as assured and on enquiry from your agent no satisfactory reply is given. Earlier also twice i experienced the same delayed delivery. I wounder if this is your policy to make false promises at the time of booking. I am sure you will take serious note of my this complaint and arrange immediate delivery with intimation to me. Rs. 200 was paid by me in advance to your agent
