Loss of Courier Packet due to which MBA can't be completed

Dear Sir/Madam,

I don't know what to say about the courier service of Blazeflash. On 13/02 i have sent a courier for &

"Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning

The packet had a DD of exam fees & Examination form.

It was couriered from Sukhrali, Gurgaon Branch of Gurgaon. Docket nos. of which is "118057237".

As per the commitment it should reach on next day i.e. on 14/02. But it was told to me that it might be a case that it can be delievered on 16/02 as 14th was a saturday & 15th sunday.

But sorry to say that it is 27th of Feb'09 the courier hasn't been delievered there.

Even the status of the same hasn't been updated on the blazeflash site. I'm following up the sukhrali branch since last 11 days; but no co-operation. The guys are not bothered to give any response. Even i have given my nos. to them but they give excuses. I have talked to there Area Manager -- Mr. Manoj Chaudhary; but all in vain.

Even i have written verified mails which tells that the packet hasn't been delievered to there Pune branch. They have lost my Examination form & DD.

My last day for submitting the examination form & fees was 20th Feb'09 which has passed. That means due to the negligience of Blazeflash my academics has been shattered. This was the last chance when i can give my MBA papers. Now due to this i cannot complete my MBA.

I think that it is a shit service. No co-operation, no timely delivery.

For the first time i used Blazeflash & it has given me Mental dissatisfaction. My all academics has been cursed. It is only due to Blazeflash Courieres Limited.

Blazeflash should be penalised for this.

I'm looking forward for hearing from your side. I'm totally under depression due to this.
