Non delivery of courie

I have sent a courier to Delhi from blazeflash's Ranchi, jharkhand, india on 06/10 but the courier is still not delivered, today is 15/10. Does it takes 10 days for a courier company to deliver a courier from Ranchi to Delhi (places having daily rail and air link)? my docket no is 135346100, is there anyone who is responsible for this trouble? does this courier company does't need people to send courier thru them as it overburdened with work?
