Non delivery of consignment

On April 2, a consignemtn was sent from NOIDA thro' above courier to my home address at Ernakulam, kerala. Consignment numer is 201621456.

As it was getting delayed, I went through tracking consignment and saw that the consignment reached their Ernakulam office on 7-4.

I telephoned their Ernakulam Office at Kalabhavan Road, Ernakulam North on 9-4-09 and they told me that the consignment has been delivered on 7-4-09 to Southern Impex, whereas the consignment was addressed to me in y personal name.

When I brought this to the attention of the staff there, they had the repeated answer that it has been delivered to Soutern Inpex on 7-4-09.

Till now there is no further progress in the matter
