Courier Not Delivered

I have sent a packet from Noida to Moranhat (Assam) on 10 of August and its 22nd of August now and till noew the packet has not been delivered. I have called the noida office and they have dispatched the packet to Assam, then I called the Guwahati office they told me that they have recived it and have forwarded to Dibrugarh and gave me the phone number of the person there.

Then I called Dibrugarh and he told me that he as delivered to Moranhat yesterday i.e. on 21st August. But till today the packet has not reached the destination. I called him up today and he told me that he does not know anything and cannot help me.

I do not understand how it is taking so long to deliver a packet. If I would have posted with normal past it would have been delivered till now. It is really not the worth to the money that they have charged gor the packet.
