I ve booked a shipment in Blazeflash couriers ltd from new delhi to chennai on 10/08 bearing shipment no.281246547. its 14/08, 8.00pm now. It has not reached its destination yet. I filed a online complaint to their email. But no response. The corporate office gave false promises. The head office in chennai says that it received the shipment only on 14th morning. but Mr.amit gupta, the director says that the chennai hub has tried to deliver the parcel for 2 days but the consignee was not there. The irony is the consignee who is a doctor there in the government hospital was present in her quarters where it should be delivered for last 2 days, as the shipment contains books for her exam. the behaviour of mr.ravikumar who is the area manager of operations in chennai is weird. he says that i should not call his no. unnecessarily and he is not a policeman to attend to my call anytime. my mails to the chairman, executive director were not fruitful. and when i checked this forum for complaints against blazeflash, it stands at an astonishing no. 552. is this not enough for the consumer complaint forum to ask explanation from the management? my rating for the blaze flash service is 0/10 and for their consumer care is -10/10 (minus 10 out of 10). there is neither blaze nor flash in their service..
