Non delivery of consignment

Dear Sir,

I have booked a Packet to be delivered to "Guruvayoor, Kerala" from Delhi, Rohini, Sector-16 on 15th July. The POD number is 212520574 . The packet contains Demand Draft for booking of room for 2 days. We are visiting kerala for attending the marraige and for that we had send the DD for booking of rooms (11th & 12th Aug).

But surprisingly the Packet is not delivered yet even after 13days. When enquired several time in Delhi, Kerala, I was told by Kerala branch of Blaze Flash that they don't have service in Guruvayoor and the packet had been send back. Till now we haven't recieved the Packet as well. I had send my complaint through email to the Executive director and Chairman of the Blaze flash Couriers on 26th July but no favourable reply from them also.
