Packet delivery delay

I had sent rakhi and sweets on 03 Aug. 2009 from my office Arkaaye Group (Vasant Kunj, New Delhi) to Chandigarh Sec- 47 D by Blazefash Courier (Mahipalpu Ext. Branch, New Delhi), and they had given delivery date on 04 Aug. 2009 but it's 07 of Aug. 2009 and still my packet has not delivered. I am calling to chandigarh and New delhi office from last two days but they do not have any idea about my packet.
