Not Given Salary for 2 Months

I was heading the Sales team for Just started BIFM's Mumbai office, for their CFP program. Initially I was asked to promote their Distance Learnign Program, but after a gap of 1 month the Director Siddharth Bagri decided to stop Distance Learning and start Classroom Based CFP program for Mumbai. It was just 1 and half months of CFP program setup in Mumbai and their were around 7-10 enrollments for the program, Director Siddharth Bagri and their HR Ambika Nautiyal decided to Block my Salary till I generate good business for their Mumbai Office. Later On as enrollments soar up they started giving my Salary BUT NOT PAID my blocked Salary for 2 months.

I approached them regularly for nearly 1 year but hey never given me my dues. I even apprached their Chairman Mr. B R Bagri and informed him about the incident but he also has a deaf ears and my dues are still pending.

This has caused me Mental and Financial Harrassment by the company.
