Delay in getting standby cylinde

I had applied for standby cyliner since last six month thruogh C.P. Gas, Daman. Till date I am waiting for standby cylinder. I have called several times to the said office but not getting proper answer. My cutemor ID number is 7435 and cylinder waiting number is 669. While they have issued cylinder upto 700 numbers. I dont understand why they are delaying even if my waiting number has been already passed. Even they have never bother to call me. Kindly look into matter as this is giving very wrong impression about Bharat Gas Service. Hoping for your co-operation in this regards. Thanks in advance.
