Non Delivery and wrong updates

This is regarding the order ref: 780381637 and Way bill: 58095953996 a Dell Laptop that was to be delivered on aug 24 between 11am-5pm, as per the message sent by Blue Dart. After calling them so many times after 5pm, all they had to say that it has left for delivery and will come, which it did not. The whole day we were sitting at home waiting for the delivery. Not only that. On tracking online without even attempting to come to the destination, they updated the status as - Delivery attemted, but consignee was not available as premises was closed. That is pathetic!! How can they say like this when the whole day we were sitting at home waiting for the delivery. and this is not the first time this has happened. This happened earlier when asked they said they went to a wrong address. Wrong address??!! When the correct address is written on the bill who asked them to go to a wrong address??

I have had a good service from them in Bangalore, but this keeps happening ion Chandigarh and the Blue Dart centre here is highle irresponsible.
