Loan sanction

Sir, my name is ashok i am working in Blue dart as a accountant, and i went DHFL for the construction loan (Demolishing the Existing Building and Apply for new construction) and i met Mr balasubramanian Branch Manager i told very clearly i having the copy of the document for parent document and he told to me no issue we do the file, and i pay the full process fee upfront.

and the sanction my loan & they hand over the sanction letter and i demolish the existing building and start the new building after the completing the base work i approch the DHFL for first payment along with the cheque and other original document, at he time of i hand over the document, they are refuse to give the loan because of parent document is copy of document, suddenly i was shocked and i told to branch manager i was already told i having only copy of the document, he deny that finally they are not give the loan to me, i tryed lots of time but there is no response, finnaly i help less. so please dont go to DHFL
