Missing of speed post

I posted on file through the speed post from shimla to jaipur, on the date 15/12. But the reciever is saying that they did not got that speed post till today. and there was some important papers in that speed post. that speed post number is - SP EE 700602614IN, COUNTER NO.2, DP CODE: 3, WEIGHT 312 GRAMS, AT 11:34 ON 15/12. Please tell me weather it is delivere or not and where it is at present.. other wise i have to bear the loss of that important papers... thanking you...
