Non-Delivery of Consignment

My consignment from CITI Bank was not delivered as the delivery person came during the office hours when I was away at work. When I called up the Blue Dart customer service @ 03322881234 I was told that the package cannot be given to my wife as her name is Mariam Yaseen and does not match my Name Yaseen Rahman. When I gave them My complete office address for the delivery I was told that since the office address on the consignment was only half hence it does not match the complete address I was giving them (which very obviously cannot). Hence it cannot be delivered in my office.

When I asked to be put through to the Manager I was told that she is busy and does not have time to take my call so i should call up later. later I called up 8 times and every time i was put on hold for atleast 5 to 10 mins but was never connected to the manager. I was not even given the office address from where i can pick up the package my self. they completely refused to help me.
