Bluedart
Terrible service

The office of Bluedart has the most irresponsible employees who are ignorant of the company functionality and services. The customer care executives at the 24 hour customer care services have no clue of the in-charge of Bluedart at hyderabad. The madeenaguda office is almost nonfunctional. I have tried to contact the office through three different numbers and there was no response. Even after endless phone calls there was no response. However I was assured by the 24 hour customer care executives that the office was very much functioning. My courier, which was to be delivered on Saturday 25th Feb was delayed by three days and has not reached the destination even after mentioning the urgency of receiving the consignment.
