Misroute of Consignment

Shipment has been missing since 05/05 AWB# - 13401275252 destined for BCD travel Amdocs (corporate customer) whole day we had been trying to speak with Customer care or Different Blue Dart offices in Pune/Baramati but every time we got different answers from bluedart people.

Whole Bluedart maharasthra staff could not locate a shipment which contains passport and resulted in Delayed Travel and cancellation of flights.

please take the responsibility of the loss I have to bear including cancellation of Flight and delay in my business meeting which is directly impacting my Job.

Today on 07/05 still no body is able to tell me the status of the shipment. And they update the status on their website as "incorrect address mentioned" instead of aceepting their fault that shipment was misplaced by therir own staff.
