Worst Service and Cheating

Hi,

I got a PAN card through Blue Dart Couriers. I checked on the online status of the PAN card, I went to the courier office asked for PAN Card status... To my suprise they told that we came for delivery of your pan card but some one near by your address told that you have shifted the house... In fact i am reciding in the same address... after i told them no it is wrong information... after that i went for four time to office... every time they inform that your is wrong address.. The employess of Blue Dart very worst and with a proper finding the address how can return my PAN Card? the verbal language of them is really worst... This is the worst service of Blue Dart... Still i didnot understand why they cheated me...

I want a serious action should be taken on them... proper process should be implemented to deliver the products to customer.

I hate Blue Dart Service... they have waste much of my time and time...
