Dear sir,

I am very sorry to say but Bluedart/DHL service is thirdclass and its really very sad to say you people started cheating people giving false commitment regarding delivery of goods.

I have booked my goods from kolhapur (Maharashtra), on 10th of september docket no: 54752874153. was supposed to reach in Siliguri by 17th of september as per Kolhapur office commitment, but it reached us on 22nd of september now i want to ask who will pay me the loss I beared due to cancellation of my order.you charged 3500/- for quick delivery..now other transport use to delver me the same material within 12 days by charging only 800/- inclusive of all taxes.this is clear cheating.

my other company doing regular business with bludart from a very long time. but this is my second bad experience with your company.

I will send this complain letter to other courier services, so that they should also know the service of Bluedart via mail by 26th of this month if i dont get any proper feed back from your company and if i dont get the compesation.

well i know customers are important for you.but I hope my request will be granted and your company will look into the matter with immediate affect of this complain.
